Do clients have to create a log on to fill out forms?

I have a few questions - I currently use Docusign for my business:

    1. Do clients need to create a log on to fill out my forms? Looks like they do? Am I required to upgrade my account to have them not need to create a log on? Hopefully we can get rid of that requirement otherwise my clients will not fill the forms out.

    2.

Am I able to upload a consent form that I only need a signature on? Like how Docusign does? Or do I have to make each form all over again?

    Hi Sheila Marie Aesthetics,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can allow form fillers to fill your forms without creating a Jotform account by setting the form as Public. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top navigation bar.
    2. Click on Settings. Do clients have to create a log on to fill out forms? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. Choose Public Form.Do clients have to create a log on to fill out forms? Image 2 Screenshot 41

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.

Reach out again if you need any more help.
