Hi, my client often gets 2 or more identical messages sent through. What's causing this and how do we stop it?

Please provide more information about the issue. Do you get 2 submissions too?
The 2 identical message are the Notification emails?
Could you share the submission ids of the duplicate submission or duplicate emails?
