How can I get my entire form including TEXT field in the submission emails?

    Currently I have a text portion, and a few fillable fields/checkboxes and a signature. When I receive the email notification, the only parts that show are the fillable fields/checkboxes, and my text isn't included (which I would like it to be). How can I get it to be included in the final document?

    Hello AlyssaKellert,

    If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to display text fields in submission email. Is that correct?

    You will have to edit your form's notification email alert and manually add the content of text field. Please check the screenshot below:
