I have whitelisted Jotform but I still keep getting on the bounce list

ive turned my godaddy email spam filtering completely OFF and added your guys 3 emails to my "allowed list" under settings > allows list and STILL i keep getting added my staff@mankatowebdesign.com to bounce list? this was after yesterday you told me to do this.

Did you whitelist our domain as a whole or just the sender email? You can find our updated list of mailserver domains from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

If you have the option to add an email to your contact or safe sender list, please add noreply@jotform.com. I would also suggest checking your spam folders and make sure that no Jotform emails are there.
