Current form no longer adding fields

I have a form that someone from my firm created.  I have no experience with jotform.

My form used to take a field with a numerical value - multiply that fields numerical value by another fields numerical value and output that to yet another field.

That stopped working and I cannot figure out how to get it working again.

Please note that we had an issue and our developers have already fixed it.

You may check your form again and if the problem persists, just trigger a save by changing anything, and once the form is saved the problem will go away.
