For some reason, the payment portion of my form stopped displaying this morning. I need this fixed ASAP because people are trying to pay for their event registrations.

I have checked the web provided and see that the payment field is being displayed correctly. Please see the screenshot below:

been working fine with those rules enabled for the last 3 months. I don't
know why it would cause a problem this morning.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with the conditions linked with form calculation which might have caused this issue. However, the issue was quickly identified and fixed by our development team.
