Apostrophe doesn't display properly in reply email subject line

    Hello, I sent myself a test submission, the title of my form is Melinda's Client Night at the Movies 2017: The Boss Baby. All looks fine except for the apostrophe shows a code instead in the submission response email. Here's a clip how it looks in my email. https://www.screencast.com/t/argmBUd00 Please advise. Thanks!

    Please add the text to the email subject manually instead of using the default {form_title}. It should fix the issue.
