I am able to duplicate multiple fields at a time without any issue. Please see the screencast below:

When I select multiple fields and hit duplicate, it just deselects everything. I does this if I choose "top," "bottom," or "after field" - almost exactly the same issue in the question I originally replied to. I've never even seen the prompt asking where the new fields should go. I made a screencast of my own to better show I'm referring to. I tried to embed the video like with your example, but I can't figure out how. So, here.

I have tried duplicating the fields as mentioned in the video provided and was able to duplicate them without any issue on your form. Please see the screencast below:
However, the changes were reverted immediately since it is a live form. Could you try logging n to your account and see if duplicating the fields works properly on a different browser?

I usually use Firefox but tried it in Chrome and it worked. Is there any way to figure out why it's not working in Firefox, though? I'd rather not switch back and forth between browsers.

Yes. You are right. There seems to be an issue wth the duplicate feature to work in the Firefox browser. I am able to replicate the issue at my end using 52.0.1 version browser. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any information in this regard, you'll be posted here.

We've recently pushed an update to fix this issue happening on Firefox browsers, could you please check if this issue still persists for you and let us know?
