What happens if we exceed the 100 forms submitted per month?

    If we have the basic account and one month we have reached our limit of 100 forms and someone else wants to submit, making then 101 that month are they still able? Do we get a warning? What exactly happens?

    When your account exceeds its monthly allocation of 100 submissions, your users will no longer be able to submit the form.

    They will receive an error message like this:

    All forms under your account will display this error. User entered data will not be saved at all.

    It is important to note, however, that our system automatically sends an email notice when an account is about to reach its monthly limit (at around 80 submissions), so you can upgrade to a paid subscription if necessary.
