Why I am receiving multiple emails in the same order?

I have received multiple orders from the same people, see attached image. this is affecting my submission counts. On another note, there have been quite a few cliches with the this form, I getting concerned with the stability of the site and whether or not I should recommend to use it as a permanent solution to the school board.

As far as I check your form named "St. Gabriel Hot Lunch Online Order Form", you have double notification and double autoresponder emails in your form. This is the reason why you receive double emails and send double autoresponders as you can see below:
