I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to add other users for our organization when I originally signed up. How can I change my user name and password?

If you wish to add other users from your organization you can add them as sub-account users.

However, if you still wish to proceed with changing your username and password then to do that you would need to provide us with the preferred username you wish to change it to plus two backup usernames in case the first one or two doesn't work and finally just reset your password.

I had found the password change option and also saw I could add sub-users but they cannot add forms. I don't actually want to do the development so changing the username is important.
