Unable to submit to form to apply for a non-profit discount

    I am trying to submit the form to you, and hit Upload to upload our Form 990 that you require.  I hit submit and it will not continue.  Is there another way to submit information to you?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. We will be glad to help you with your concern. May we just know if there were any error message(s) that appeared when you tried to submit the form? If yes, may we ask for a screenshot of it (the error) so we can have it verified? May we also know what browser were you using when you encountered the issue? And, if you have tried using a different browser?

    When I hit upload file, it will not grab the file you need to complete the
    form.
    Can I just email the file to you?

    Thank you so much for the update. We understand that you are having trouble submitting your non-profit discount application through the form that is available for it. However, please understand that that the only way you can submit an application is through the form in this page: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

    May I suggest you try to clear your browser's cache/data and try again, please?

    I think I know what the issue is. The file is too big. It is 30 pages and is 13mb. I will have to submit it in pieces.

    We appreciate the update and for letting us know of the exact issue you are facing.

    I have contacted one of our developers and let them know of the issue. As a solution, the Upload field in the form for non-profit discount application now has no file size limits. Please try to submit your form again and you should not encounter any issues in regards to uploading the 13MB file. Otherwise, please feel free to let us know so we can help you further.
