how to clear form without starting over

This is the form I am working on.  When I go to test it out, if I were an end user and made a mistake selecting an item, when I change it, it doesn't erase the choices that were.  It just puts forth the new options as well.  How can I get the form to clear the screen if I go back to what is the student seeking to select something else.  Thank you for your help.-Beth

If what you are referring to is you would like to unselect your selections on the radio button choices, unfortunately this is not possible unless you refresh your browser. 

But if I am misunderstanding your question, can you please provide us with the specific details in order to understand the case better?
