Can I send a form via email?

DO you mean to say that you want to embed your form in email and then send it to your users? Please note that we do not recommend embedding your form's source code in emails because most of the email clients are very limited in supporting HTML & Scripts. That means embedding your form in email will most probably not work/display correctly on user's email client.

I would suggest you to please grab your form's direct URL and send it in email. Please check the screenshot below on how to do share your form in email:
