Why does the data from the previous respondent appear on the new form?

    Hi there,

We are running a business and we get our customers to fill out their consultation forms on Jotform on our in-house iPad.

Sometimes, not always, the data from the previous person remains in the fields even though we have submitted their form. We have to manually erase this data.

I have tried deleting my cache, browsing history, cookies, closing down Chrome, and then physically restarting the iPad and it sometimes works but sometimes not.

How can we avoid this from happening, as it's we are working with confidential data?

    Thanks

That must have happened because Continue later option was turned on on your form:

So simply turn off that feature and that shouldn't happen anymore.

On the other hand that shouldn't happen if the form is submitted or if the cache is cleared.

But if you don't need that feature simply switch it off.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you.
