Egnyte Integration: Authentication failed error even when credentials are correct

    I have tried to connect Egynte so many times I am losing my mind.

    If I am logged into Egynte or logged out i get the same results. "Authentication Failed! Please check credentials" I know i am typing my username and password correctly. I can log in on their website all day long. Not from the zapier pop window 

     

    Any ideas?

    I've tested on my end and I can see the same even when I'm currently logged-in into my Egnyte account, I will forward the issue to our second level so our developers can take a look to the issue. 

    We will let you know as soon as we get any update about it.
