    Form Analytics: Form responses count not matching with the acutal submissions received

    I have attached 2 screen shots. in the analytic page, it showed 141 responses, whereas on my form page it shows only 135. why is this discripency?

    Hi, thank you for contacting us.

    I have examined your form submissions and analytics. As I type this answer, it's currently showing 157 submissions while in the all-time analytics it's showing 163.

    Did you perhaps remove some submissions and they are still accounted for in the analytics, resulting in this mismatch?

    I have not deleted any response as all the responses are important to me. In my previous queries, I have  asked about missing responses https://www.jotform.com/answers/1101679-Hi-I-have-not-received-the-filled-forms-by-some-of-the-participants-


    Though I thought almost 10 responses are missing but actually 6 forms are missing because respondent told that they have submitted but I didn't receive it and the analytic page shows that discrepancy. 


    I hope you can resolve the issue.

    I have checked the submission data and see that there are 160 submissions in the account. However, it is displaying as 166 submissions from the Form Analytics. I have also checked the account history for any deleted submissions and I am not able to find any. Let me forward the issue to our backend team for further investigation.

    The issue that you have not received the form submission due to an issue with the email notification. You may check the email history log if the submission has not been received to your email If you are referring to the submission that is not reflecting at all in the submissions, please provide us with the email address or related data from the submission you may get from the user which would help us in investigating the issue.

    Once we have any information in this regard, you'll be updated here on this thread.

    Only thing I know that 6 responses are missing as I mentioned in another thread mail

    On 10th March, 5 people responses are missing named 

    1. Vinu from Calicut (Kerala),

    2. Sagar (Bangalore),

    3. Jaya(Mumbai),

    4. Richa Singh (Delhi)


    5. Swati Budhiraja (Delhi)

    6. Mr. Murali (Kerala) has submitted the form around 5. 30 pm on 24 March.

    This is the discrepancy reflected in the submission and analytic page.

    Yet again another response is missing. Another respondent submitted the form around 1.30pm today from Bangalore. His name is Ashok Vyas.

    This discrepancy again reflect in the difference between submitted and analytics page.


    This is not acceptable, you need to figure out way to resolve the issue.

    The issue is assigned a developer and has an important priority so hopefully we will get an update soon.

    It's 15 days and I haven't received any response from your side, though you have mentioned in the previous mail that you are giving an important priority. 

    Around 2 hours back, another friend of mine have submitted the forms and I haven't received it. 

    So, the total count of missing form is 8 now.


    I expect an early solution to my problem, as all these respondent are extremely important to me. I can't afford to loose any data.

    We are also experiencing this issue. We have showing 13 submissons from one day and only 7 that we can see when we go to view them. Form #61314264798159.
