Payment fees in payment gateway

    Hi there!

    I would like to find out... if clients make purchases using jotform is it then the fee is changed?

    My understanding is that you are asking if we will receive a percentage for each purchase from your form.

    Please take note that JotForm does not add any additional costs or fees for each payment submissions. It means that if you're product is $50, then the same amount will be transferred in the payment integration. So, the answer is no, the fee will not change.

    Also, please be reminded that under the Free plan, you can only receive 10 payments. Regular submissions are different from payment submissions. Please check the pricing page for more information.
