Forms are not showing

I'm a little confused on this ?

3.2 Target Market- customers:
Individuals that needs errand services done? - what does this have to do with the company

4.1 Ownership of the business
The business is owned by ----------, she will be the sole owner of the
business and with no future plan of making it partnership business. She has
demonstrated experience in business and sales organization development.
Developed and secured funding for her own organization, author of several
successful businesses. - who are you referring to? there is no woman in this organization and who is the owner? I'm a little confused n why the financials are not in the plan? also the questions listed above are some problems i saw quickly that wring in the plan. so what do we need to do to get the plan with finances and have more numbers of sales and so forth this is just an informative not actually a business plan?
