Is it possible to create lead capture forms?

Asked by Daniel Michan  on March 27, 2017 at 09:12 AM

Hi, we currently use jotform in our company but we want to know if we can have a form like the ones the https://leadformly.com/ offers with 2 - 3 steps and customize it however we want it.

From the looks of things JotForm forms offer quite a bit more in terms of customization.  It seems leadformly only offers basic lead capturing.  If there is any specific functionality you require, we will be happy to show how it can be done with JotForm.

    Hi David,

What I want is the option that leadformly has of asking in the first step only email, once the user inputs the info and clicks continue then ask for phone and email and in the last step to ask for address. This in order to increase conversions, would you be able to have the progress bar too?

    Thanks,

What you are looking for is very possible.  You can use page breaks to separate each step:

And a progress bar widget for the progress bar:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/progress_bar

Here is a quick example form I made to show you how it would work:

Basic forms like that take only a few minutes to create.

You can clone it to your own account if you'd like to see the set up:
