I am receiving Form not found error

    Добрый день.

    Все было хорошо до сегодняшнего дня. Но сегодня вышло сообщение

    Form not found

    This form is disabled.

    Хотелось бы узнать причину. И возобновить работу.

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I have checked your JotForm and see that your JotForm is collecting bank card number which triggered our system to suspend your account.


    Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect any sensitive information credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

    Please confirm that you agree our terms and remove the guilty fields on the form so that we can activate your account.
