The Security image is no longer showing on the bottom of each of my forms. How do I get it to show up again?

I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. The image is not showing properly. Please try to remove and add a new image to fix the issue. Here's how:

Open your form and select the image. Open the Properties settings, remove the image and add it again.
