My Forum Posts Don't Show On Jotform Forum

I noticed when I post a question to the forum and NOT make it private, the question still does not show up inthe forum, why is that? how do I fix that?

I was not able to replicate the issue. I did a test post and I can see my post but it is not on the top of the list. We have a support queue and we reply to the users issues, questions, or inquiries in a timely manner. We process the request in the order they came, from oldest to newest.
