Payment refund request for two subscriptions that were recently canceled

    pls i accordantly paid twice can get refund

    We were trying to renew your previous subscription (Bronze Monthly plan) with subscription number, S-6FR74847TY840941T, but it keeps on failing and it ended up being canceled. I see that when it was canceled you tried to subscribe to our Storage Yearly plan - $50.00 - (S-41483506J06417132) then later to another plan, Bronze Monthly plan - $19.00 - (S-4G7598480M540300H). This resulted to a duplicate subscription. However, both plans were also canceled today and I see that we need to refund both.

    I have submitted the request to our billing department and the amount will be credited back to your account within the next 5 to 10 business days.

    Since all subscriptions in your account are canceled, your account is now back to free subscription. You may need to upgrade to avoid any inconvenience on your account.
