I am trying to send an application to a customer but the submission screen is saying no results to display

    I checked your account and it does not appear as though your forms have received any submissions.  Are you certain the user successfully filled out the form?  I cloned the form to test it and it looks to be working.  If they complete the form, the data should be forwarded to your Jotform account.
