I am a Ph.D. Student, warning to use JotForm for a questionnaire for my dissertation. Do I qualify for the discounted hosting price?

I am a student at the University of the Rockies, in Denver Colorado. My dissertation will use a 62 question questionnaire, with multiple questions on a page.

i hope to have between 100-200 users take the survey/assessment.
