Can I change my user name?

I see it shows up in the link.. would like it to be the company name rather than mine.

Hi Sara,

Unfortunately, you can't change your username at your end. However, we can do it for you. 

Please provide at least 3 possible usernames so that we can check for its availability. If the first one is available, we'll change it right away. We will wait for your response.

As per your request, I have changed your username (sarasparling) to (hospicemaui).

Note: If you are using custom URL (how to create a custom URL of a form) for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.
