I checked your account and you're under the Silver plan. Yes, you're correct. You can now disable it in the Account Settings page. Please follow this guide:
1. Login to your account and click the User Profile icon then click the Account link.
2. Go to the Settings tab page.
3. Remove the check from the Show "Powered by JotForm" on my forms.
