I am using your forms under user name of jmphotog. I use iweb and use the html code. I gte several people that visit my sitte and say they want to submit a form but there is no submit button? I can see it in my safari browser. People have said they were using internet explorer and google chrome and have not seen the submit button.

This issue is probably caused by a known cross-browser compatibility problem with pages created using iWeb.
Try replacing your embed codes with the iFrame version, then set scrolling to auto so that it will display a scrollbar when needed and not cut the form off.
Here's the modified iFrame code:
<iframe scrolling="auto" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; border: medium none; height: 571px;" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/2782410668"></iframe>
Let me know if this does not solve your problem.
