Unable to clone a form from my account

    I have a form that I need to duplicate and your clone tool does not work!

     

    Come back Adobe Form Central!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Are you referring to the My Forms > Creat Form > Import Form option?

    The Import Form option is used to clone/import existing JotForm webform. If you have your Adobe FormsCentral PDF, then you can upload the PDF by following the instructions provided here: How to Import Adobe FormsCentral PDF Forms to JotForm.

     

    If you are referring to a different tool, can you provide us more details regarding it so we can further investigate the issue?

    No I am not referring to that tool. If you select the form from the list of forms in your My Forms that you want to clone go to the right handside and click on More and it gives you the clone option it has worked before but for some reason its not working now!
    I tried the other way to clone and that did not give me the option of cloning an existing form and that doesn’t work either! It doesn’t give me any to choose from

    I have just tried cloning a form from my account using the option in the More menu and I was able to clone it without any issue.

    Could you try logging into your account using a private/incognito window or a different browser to see if that works?
