On one of the forms it is being forwarded to the wrong email account. I deleted and resubmitted the email but it is still being sent to the wrong person.Page URL:

You have a conditional logic that will send an email to different recipients. Please check and correct that.
You can delete the conditional logic if you wish to send the form email to the default recipient in the email settings.
