    remove old account

    Hi,

    We are building a new site, using the forms from the current account.

    Therefore we would like to end the old account, but we do not know how to access it anymore.

    The old account holds the following forms:

    http://form.jotformpro.com/jsform/20863969966980

    http://www.jotform.me/jsform/20862587058462

    Can you disable that account, or if that is not possible, then can you send us the email account that is used so we can reset that account and disable it?

    Hi

     You can use Forgot Password button at www.jotform.com and on the bottom right of the page and try to reset;

    Step 1:


    Steps 2 and 3:


    Step 4: Check your email account for password resetting.

    The email associated with this forms account is :rumahbapaku and email yaya***rum******ku@ya***.com

    For security reasons I can't provide more information. Thank you and I hope this helps.

    You can then cancel your subscription and since you are paying via plimus gateway. The following will be the procedure on how to cancel it;

    Login to your Plimus accont; Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    If you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email address used upon sign up.
    https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp?designId=1

    For your convenience I have cancelled your Premium subscription it is scheduled for downgrade to the free account on 2012-07-28 until then your account remains Premium.

    I would like to reset the password, but ... we do not know which account was connected to the account for the forms mentioned above :-(

    The forms above are associated with username: rumahbapaku and email yaya***rum******ku@ya***.com

    Sorry to say we cannot access the email account you ment, so could you please do the following:- remove the forms mentioned in ghe first thread - disable the account, or at least demote it so our cc will not be charged anymore - send me confirmation of themtwomquestions aboveRegards,

    We have disabled mentioned above forms. As far as I can see, you have already cancelled your Premium subscription.

    Hello rumahbapakunl.  As of checking, I have verified that your subscription has already been canceled and you will not get charged again.  The other account (rumahbapaku) is already scheduled for downgrade on July 28, 2012.  After this, it will be set to free subscription.  You may upgrade your subscription anytime!

    I think you make a mistake there, rumahbapakunl is my current account (free subscription) so please leave it as is!!! So this account can NOT be canceled :-)

    Sorry, I meant that the subscription for rumahbapaku is canceled.  Free subscriptions cannot be canceled so there's no way to cancel your rumahbapakunl account.
