JotForm branding footer: Ability to change the appearance of the banner

    Hi! Why do I have the banner at the bottom now? It use to just say "Powered by Jotform" but now I have a banner at the bottom instead? I'm aware that if you purchase jotform that you can remove it, but why do I get a banner and other people get the "powered by jotform". It's even worse on mobile because sometimes the banner will cover the next and back buttons so people cant finish the form. Basically what I'm asking is how do I get rid of the banner and replace it with the "powered by jotform" instead like it used to be. Thanks!

    The banner seems to be newly implemented for the free accounts. As I check the form on a mobile devlice, the footer is responsive and sticky so that the form is being displayed correctly without any issue. Unfortunately, there is no option to change this banner. It can only be disabled by upgrading the account. However, let me forward your concern to our backend team to see if there is an option to change the banner to 'Powered by JotForm' link.

    I cannot guarantee that the option will be implemented or cannot provide any ETA at the moment. However, if there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.

    Thank you so much! I would really appreciate that! I understand that I'm using it for free so there needs to be some sort of advertising but the banner is a bit much in my opinion. If they could consider changing it or offering that option, I would very greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

    I'm sorry to inform you that it is not possible to change it to 'Powered by JotForm' link below the Submit button. However, you can disable it by upgrading your account as my colleague has already suggested.
