I see that the app is loading fine when it is opened. However, when I click on Login with JotForm button, it is displaying the login page or My forms page if the account is already logged in. The 'Select your Form' is not working. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look.

Same issue. Can login but button to "select form" doesn't do anything.

Could you try logging into your JotForm account on a private/incognito window and then try authorizing the Galleria app to check if that works? As I tested the app, it is working fine at my end without any issue and I was able to authorize the account normally.
Also, please try clearing the browser cache to see if it works. Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to help.
