    Page, but no JotForm on mobile device

    Asked by John Laurens on July 01, 2012 at 12:35 PM

    Hi

    Using a mobile device, the page on my site shows the header etc, but not the JotForm itself. Could you have a look please, and advise? Thanks.

    Hi;

    JotForm forms are already optimized for mobile phones. When you open them on iPhone or Android they will show up in a different wasy. They are optimized for readibility and usability.

    JotForm has also been tested to work on majority of mobile and smartphone browsers, so this should not be a problem.

    OK........have you checked my page on a mobile? I looked at it with my HTC Desire (not an iphone); it was not just the submit button that did not work - the whole form did not even show.

    Please have a look and let me know if you can even see the form.

    Thanks!

    Hi;

    I have seen same issue reported and looks like unfortunately the HTC device support may not be working fine.

    Please you can refer to the following link for updates on this issue  for it has already been assigned to our 2nd level support;
