JotForm forms are already optimized for mobile phones. When you open them on iPhone or Android they will show up in a different wasy. They are optimized for readibility and usability.
JotForm has also been tested to work on majority of mobile and smartphone browsers, so this should not be a problem.

OK........have you checked my page on a mobile? I looked at it with my HTC Desire (not an iphone); it was not just the submit button that did not work - the whole form did not even show.
Please have a look and let me know if you can even see the form.
