I am being asked to upgrade the account when there is hardly any submissions in the account,

I checked your account and I noticed that you are in a Free Plan. Free Plan has a limit of 100 payment submission monthly. I can see that you have used 101 submissions for the month that's why you have reached the monthly limit. Please see our Pricing Page for more info. To get rid of the limits, you may wait for the monthly reset or upgrade your plan. I would also like to inform you that you can increase your submission limits by completing the tasks from the Get More Page.
