How can I apply to the non-profit discount?

We noticed a non-profit account category under your new structure. Would that allow us to be invoiced rather than the auto-charge system? If so, would state government qualify under that category?

Yes, there's currently a non-profit discount, it works the same like the current pricing which means that the subscription is auto-renewed.

If you would like to apply to the discount, please submit your 990 form or the document that proves your non-profit status on the following form: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

We will receive your application and will get back to you with a resolution as soon as  possible.

Hmmm....it's that auto-renew that could cause a charge to hit the purchasing card before use of the funds has been approved that's the sticking point here. It's a violation of state statutes to pay for a product or service before funds have been approved.

OK, I'll take that back to the finance gurus here and find out which way they want to go on this.

    Thanks again for your help.

Yes, since JotForm is a subscription-based service, this is stated on our Terms of User and, unfortunately, there's not a way to avoid this, if you would like to avoid the automatic payment to take effect then you would need to cancel your subscription before it's renewed so on the next billing date you do not get charged.
