I can't login

    Hi there,

     

    It's been a while since I've had to log into my JotForm but I'm trying to using my email address and it just says "guest" when I try to reset my password. It won't send me a reset link either. I'm not sure what to do.

    Hello Julie,

    I checked the website your provided and the form embedded belongs to a guest (guest_50428037038047) account. Unfortunately, there's no way you can login to a guest account or edit the form. However, you can signup for a free account so you can manage your form properly. Let us know if you're done signing up to JotForm and we will transfer your form to your new account.

    Hey @John_Benson I cannot login to my account at all!

     

    Can you transfer my forms to my new account?

     

    My old account that your system will not reset password (it will not even send me reset instructions to my email although it confirms the email) is:

    info (at) americanboxing.net

    the new account i set up is:

    fightmuaythai (at) americanboxing.net

     

    at=@ (obv...)

    no spaces...

    Hello,

    I too cannot login to edit our forms. I have setup an account attached to my email address and user name is amcmmurphy.
