Why am I getting an "Out of space" message when I am below my account limits?

    My embedded forms are not displaying; and on JotForm.com/myforms I get the message "Out of Space" even though my Submissions, Total Forms, Upload Space, and Total Storage are all below the limits (See screenshot).

    What exactly is the "Space" that I am "Out of" and how do I fix it (besides upgrading)?

    I checked your account and I can see that it is currently in good status. Based on the screenshot you provided, it seems that you reached the payment submissions limit.

    Under the Free plan, you can only receive 10 payment submissions per month. Please take note that payment submission is different from regular submission.
