Unable to view submission results for forms

For some reason whenever I click to view submissions for my forms, I am only shown the submission results for ONE of my forms, regardless of which form I request to see submission results for. For example, I have forms A, B, C, and D. If I click submissions for Form B, I am shown submissions for Form A, if I click submissions for Form C, I am shown submissions for Form A, and the same for Form D... I am shown only submissions for Form A.

Can you please try to log out and log in back again from your account and see if this helps to solve the issue?
