My form has a checkbox as the first question where the client selects who will recevie the form. I set up conditions for every name...if John Smith is selected email notification to email@example.com and so on for 8 people. The problem is that nobody is receving anything. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences you are facing.
There is a temporary problem with Conditional Emails based on Check Boxes. This problem has been already escalated to our Development Team. I hope it will be fixed in the nearest time.
In the meantime you can change your Attention field from Check Box to Radio Button.
Note: If you would like to send multiple conditional emails on form submit you will need to have multiple Notifications.
We will update this thread once we have any news for you.
