Upload limit on our form

    I received an email saying we've reached our upload limit. Per previous customer support help I clear our data weekly to ensure we exceed our upload space. Please advise ASAP - we do NOT want our form disabled.

    Upon checking, I can see that your account is currently in good status. Your upload space is showing 0.00 bytes.

    Yes – thank you. I was able to clear the space and take care of it but didn’t know how to recall this notice. Thank you!
