why is my account disabled?

    it says i can have up to 5 forms and i only have two. this is very inconvenient as i was never warned until over the weekend about this stipulation. it had actually never even been explained that there were different packages to pay for or anything. so i am trying to accept applications to an important event and now it has been removed from my website and no one can apply.

    I checked your account and it looks like it was previously over limit for file storage.  Free accounts can store up to 100MB of files at any time.  Since you have upgraded, your forms are now well within your account limits.

    If you would like to reduce the storage total, simply delete submissions that have files attached.  The following thread has a great write up on backing up submission data before deleting submissions:
