I cannot see my form, what means restore mode?? How can I Fix this.

Your account seem to have been inactive for some time, when that happens, the system will set your account to "Dormant" mode. I went ahead and re-activated your account, your forms should be able to work now. If the issue still persist, please log out and log back in.
