One of my staff (EC) has an issue where when she tried to save a ticket last night the information was still on her jotfotm this morning. We tried saving it again but the save information is still showing. We also tried opening new tabs and the same issue keeps occurring. How can we resolve this?

I am not sure if I understood you issue correctly. I am not sure what do you mean by"save a ticket". Did she submitted the form and when she open the form again data that she has previously entered are still shown?
Please provide us ID of the form you have issues with. Form should be cleared on submit, when if Auto Fill feature is enabled on the form.
If I did not understood you correctly, please provide us more details about your issue. You can also provide us a screenshot of your issue.
