Hi Team,
I was using Unique ID widget for providing Unique IDs to the people who register. Unfortunately, I found that if 2 people register at the same time, they are assigned same Unique ID.
I wanted to know how is this possible. What are the measures which we can take so that this does not happen.

As I check the screenshot provided, the duplicated submissions are submitted at the same time. Could you check the submissions ID of these submissions? I have checked the form URL and it looks like the submissions are related to different form ID. If you are using the Unique ID widget, it should be generating the ID by auto-incrementing the number. Let us know the form ID so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
Thank you!

Hi Team,
Thanks for the prompt reply.
The actual link is https://form.jotform.com/70451446164958
However, as of now I have to disable this form as enabling it will cause submissions again. I have no idea how to check Submission ID.

Hello,
You can check submission ID's from the submissions' page. You can view your submissions from the Submissions button, that appears after selecting a form on My Forms page:
After that enable ID from the gear icon on the top right side:
Also please send us the related form ID, and the submissions that have same unique ids.
We are awaiting your response.
Thanks.
