The next button on our form has stopped working and the conditions we have to show and hide fields is not working either. Once again this is a live form that we have started experiencing problems with. This has gone beyond a joke now.

I have just checked your form, the BACK/NEXT buttons seem to be working perfectly, please see below:
As for the HIDE/SHOW fields conditions, I have found the following conditions with missing field error in them, so they are not set up correctly, they are referring to fields that don't exist in the form. Please see below:
Please review your conditions and correct these issues. If you still experience issues, then get back to us so we can assist you further.
- cyaconferenceAnswered on April 04, 2017 at 10:44 AMI’ve deleted the conditions with errors (the form has been working with those in that state for some time.)
When I access https://form.jotformpro.com/70048424409958 and select the Under 18 radio button it should expand a section which has been working up until today. Per the screen shot below nothing is appearing. Same problem when selecting the collaborators radio button a little further down on the same page. Hitting the next button is still doing nothing.
This form was working earlier today and no changes have been made it it other than me removing the conditions referred to above.

We are being flooded with people not being able to lodge their competition entry (despite putting its unavailability owing to Jotform across our social media) - the deadline is 30th April and we just ran a huge advert campaign on this - so these are not our normal crowd - but people who don't know our business at all ..... is there any way you can PLEASE ESCALATE this???
I did notice that we gave you the number of the wrong form in the first query (April 04, 2017 at 07:01 AM) - but I think that you have this right now from the second correspondence that you could see and duplicate the problem...

Thank you for your patience.
I was able to fix this problem.
The issue appears to be because of a missing field in condition.
But this wasn't the case when I checked your form before. Anyhow, I re-created that condition:
And it worked fine. Here is my clone of your form: https://form.jotformpro.com/70941805775969
Please try and let us know if you have any further questions.

PLEASE look at the comment directly above - you are looking in the WRONG FORM!!!!!!!!!! STILL NOT FIXED!!!!!!
This is the one that isn't working!!!!!!!!!!
While you are there - the revision history isn't showing the removal of the invalid conditions done last night ( OUR AUSTRALIAN TIME) - and it is showing a whole lot of weird removal stuff on what appears to be the 28th March .... user KUTLU - we don't have a user by that name. Can you please see who this was and advise....

I've just created a new form from scratch as this is taking to long to resolve and is causing us to loose money. The new form is https://form.jotformpro.com/70943168099972. It has no conditions in it.
When I had just the Back & Next buttons I couldn't progress through the form.
When I added the page tabs at the top the Back & Next started to work.
When I hit submit it takes me back to the front page and doesn't submit.
I'm now more confused than ever.
