Receiving reports from respondents that they are not receiving emails after a successful submission

    Hello Jotform

     

    I have an issue with this form:

    A lot of people are repporting, that they don't get the auroresponder after submission.

    Can you please fix?

    Hello Ulrich,

    I did check your form and found that you have added conditions to send both the auto-responder email alert. Please check the screenshot below:

    I could not test the first option since it requires live payment but I did test your form by sending a test submission by selecting second option and I did receive the auto-responder email successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form yourself and see if you receive auto-responder email successfully. If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please use noreply@jotform.com as the "Sender Email" and see if that solves your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to change sender email:
