How to filter submissions in visual report?

Hi team; this is the situation I have right now, 

I have 3 Different people submitting information into a form, I am using jotform as a data collector in head of 3 people, each person has to select their nname in a dropdown menu and later complete the information, they do it over and over again.

Now I´d like them to have access to the information they´ve submitted in a excel, but at the time I create the excel I can include or not fields but I cannot filter the information, 

I’d like to have an option like include: this field that contains this information, or something like that.

Let me know if I can have something like that or a workaround I can work with

While viewing submissions, at the bottom of the submission data grid, you can search for specific text:

Enter the name selected in the drop down to filter out submissions that do not contain that name.  You can then create a report from the remaining submissions.

Hi I was thiking about that, but that way I´ll have to downlowad everyday the informatión an send it to each head of the informatión, i´d like to create a customized reported in a link, so the person can download the report itself just viewing it´s own information.

Related to how to use visual report filters, please find this guide. Unfortunately, it is not possible to filter the submission data as you can see in that guide, yet. I've forwarded a feature request to our software development team in order to consider implementing this feature.

On the other hand, you can download the excel report and you can use excel tools in order to filter the submission data.
