I have a flag telling me I have a new form but thew title of the form is "Heading".
We do not have any forms titled that and when I clik on where is says 1 new, It goes to a new screen that says Unauthorized Access.
Can someone tell me what this is and how I can access it?
Thank you, Georgia

It seems that form was created under a Guest account. It may have been just a random form that was created before logging in.
Since there is nothing in that form other than a heading, that submission is empty. I am not sure why it is showing on your end, however, when I checked your account, the form does not show.

Correct. I do not see the form either. How do I clear that notification
flag that shows up on my Chrome.
Not sure what guest account would be under my account…a bit concerning…

We now have 3 of those “heading” files.
We had 2 valid registrations for different programs in the last hours, so
it now seems that every time someone registered for one of our programs
today, one of these “Heading” files is created?
This has never happened before…Please advise how to clear those…

Sorry, I thought I had sent a screen shot in the previous e-mail. Please
see below. They are showing up in the notifier and I cannot clear them.
There was 3 yesterday and now I only see 2.
Let me know if you need this as an attachment or if in the body of the
email works.

I even deleted the notifier from Chrome and re-added it thinking that might
be the problem…but no, the “Heading” files are still in the notifier… L

I moved one of the forms to your account. You can now clear the submission and delete form 70905315850353. If you can let us know the other form(s) showing the same we can move those from the Guest accounts as well.
Make sure to log in completely before creating new forms to prevent further forms from being created in Guest accounts.

Thank you, I deleted the submission and the “Heading” form … but now there
are still 2 more Heading Forms in the notifier?
See new screen print below?
Any idea how this happens? We have never had this issue until this week? Is
someone trying to hack our account possibly?

The forms created under the Guest accounts are still showing in the Chrome notification even though they are not currently in your account. Forms are created in a Guest account when they are created not logged in to your JotForm account. No one is trying to hack your account or anything like that.
Make sure to log in completely before creating new forms to prevent further forms from being created in Guest accounts.

I am having a bit of difficulty understanding what you are saying. For the
reasons below:
· There are only 2 people in my office who use jotform and create
all the forms.
· We both log in everyday to access our submissions, so no one is
creating any forms when not logged in
· Neither of us have even tried to create any new forms since the
beginning of last week.
All the other people in our office happen to be out of the office traveling
for the past 2 weeks so it is truly only Ruth and myself in the office.
So who is this “guest” that keeps creating forms? And why can I not access
them?
If I could access them, I could easily check to make sure the info in them
is or is not ours and then delete them.
As for now- just feeling a bit frustrated and concerned that someone does
have access to our systems.

We both log in every day to access our submissions, so no one is
creating any forms when not logged in.There are some cases that the session expires in the browser. If that happens, the account will be log out from JotForm. If someone created a Form while being logged out from the account, the new form will be added to Guest Account. So, as what my colleague suggested, please make sure that accounts are logged in completely before creating forms to prevent forms from being created in Guest Accounts.
Regards.

This is happening again…only last time they were titled “Heading” and this
time they are titled “Titel” – see e-mail train below for previous time
this happened.
I am unable to clear them when I click on any of these it tells me I am
unauthorized to look t them.
Again, there are only 2 of us in the office who use this and we are very
careful about what we do.
Any ideas what might be causing this?
